July 23, 2025: Attended the RoboCup 2025 in Salvador, Brazil from July 13 to July 23, with Teams ZJUNlict and ZJUDancer from Zhejiang University. Team ZJUNlict won the second place in the Division A Soccer Competition, RoboCup Small Size League; meanwhile, Team ZJUDancer won the fourth place in the KidSize soccer competition, RoboCup Humanoid League. 与浙江大学ZJUNlict队和ZJUDancer队参加于巴西萨尔瓦多举行的2025年RoboCup机器人世界杯。ZJUNlict队在足球机器人小型组比赛中获亚军,ZJUDancer队在足球机器人小仿人组比赛中获殿军。
July 17, 2025: Our paper titled "Data-Driven Motion State Prediction in Robotic Fish: A Model-Free Approach Leveraging Lateral Line Sensor Arrays" is selected as a Best Conference Paper Award Finalist by IEEE-CYBER 2025. 指导的学生江岱阳的论文获IEEE-CYBER 2025最佳会议论文奖提名。

June 8, 2025: Our paper "Data-Driven Motion State Prediction in Robotic Fish: A Model-Free Approach Leveraging Lateral Line Sensor Arrays" was accepted by the 15th IEEE International Conference on CYBER Technology in Automation, Control, and Intelligent Systems (IEEE CYBER).
May 30, 2025: Invited to join the Editorial Board of IEEE Transactions on Robotics (T-RO) in the role of an Associate Editor (AE). 受邀加入机器人领域顶级期刊IEEE T-RO的编委会担任副编辑,任期从2025年7月1日开始。IEEE T-RO为机器人学领域公认的三大顶级期刊之一(IEEE T-RO / IJRR / Sci. Rob.)。

May 9, 2025: Our workshop proposal on Biomimetic Perception in Robotics: From Biological Insights to Advanced Sensor Systems (Link) was accepted by IROS 2025, which will be held in Hangzhou, China, from October 19-25, 2025. In the workshop, we will discuss the latest research progress on biomimetic perception in robotics.

May 4, 2025: At the 2025 RoboCup China Open, the ZJUNlict robot team, advised by Professors Rong Xiong and Xingwen Zheng from the College of Control Science and Engineering at Zhejiang University, won the championship and third place in the Small Size League; meanwhile, the ZJUDancer robot team won the second place in the Humanoid League. 在2025年RoboCup机器人世界杯中国赛中,由浙江大学控制科学与工程学院熊蓉、郑兴文两位老师指导的ZJUNlict机器人队在足球机器人小型组比赛中获冠军和季军,ZJUDancer机器人队在类人组比赛中获亚军。

July 29, 2024: The paper "Octopus-Inspired Underwater Soft Robotic Gripper with Crawling and Swimming Capabilities," co-authored by Prof. Guangming Xie, Dr. Mingxin Wu, et al., was accepted by Science Partner Journal Research.
